List Management (CASS/PAVE/NCOA)

All lists used for mailings are CASS certified, including zip+4 and delivery point barcode appending. Lists can be electronically deduped by name, address or other custom criteria. Two or more files can be merged and purged of duplicate or unwanted records. A/B splits, nth record selects and other custom selections can be performed as well. We also offer on-line NCOA service for your convenience to reduce undeliverable or misdirected and returned mail. Our software is CASS/PAVE certified by the U.S. Postal Service.

Mailing Lists

We are an authorized reseller of nationally compiled mailing lists. There is a vast selection of search criteria for all residential and business lists. Popular choices range from age, income and gender to SIC codes, number of employees, sales volume, etc. Many other selections are available. Addressing

Using state-of-the-art windows-based ink jet technology, we can imprint logos, return address and permit information, as well as delivery address all in one pass! Any windows downloadable font can be printed as well as graphics and more! This ability, combined with in-line halogen drying, in-line single or double tabbing, "live" postage stamp affixing and in-line sortation make quick turnarounds our forte.

Laser Printing/Mail-Merge

Increase your response by turning your generic form letters into personalized laser letters. Digitized signatures and variable data can easily be placed into the body of your letter. This is the preferred mail piece for alumni and membership fundraisers, as well as high-end selective advertising. Let our high-speed printers do the work for you!

Tabbing and Stamp Affixing

We feature in-line single or double tabbing and “live” stamp affixing for that personal touch. Our vacuum feeders can run almost any mail piece quickly and easily.

Sorting/Postal Drops

Your list is automatically sorted to provide the lowest qualifying postage rates and our software is U.S.P.S. approved for First Class, Standard, non-profit, periodical or even irregular parcels. We hold multiple permits at sectional centers and local post offices for your convenience as well as maximum postage and delivery time savings.

Hand Assembly

We have a dedicated team of meticulous workers for any job that is not machinable. Odd-sized mail pieces, Tyvek® envelopes, invitations, pocket folders, die cuts, kits or other non-machinable jobs are quickly turned around by our hand labor force.

Folding and inserting of laser letters or other printed materials is no problem with our automated systems. Letter folds, z-folds, etc. are done with the touch of a button. If your job is unique, our hand assembly team will process your job quickly and accurately.
